4 Port Motorcycle Header Sampling Manifold Valve

4 Port Header Sampling Manifold Valve - P/N 000896

(Shown with standard Bridge Probe and dyno gas cooling extensions – not included)

This is an indispensable tool for those who are doing individual tuning of each cylinder – a practice becoming standard for Yamaha, Ducati, and Honda.  This manifold/valve combination provides individual 22 inch long high temperature flexible lines that connect to exhaust port fittings on the header, and lead to a rotary valve that allows the selection of each port by the operator for individual port gas analysis.  The standard Bridge exhaust probe connects to the valve outlet port – making the entire process easy to use

Provided are 4 pcs either 6 mm or 10 mm threaded port adapters to fit on the exhaust headers (Yamaha and Ducati Standard), 4 pcs of the 90 degree JIC fitting to interface between the port adapters and the flexible lines, 4 pcs of 22 inch long SSTL braid-protected high-temperature flexible sample lines connected to a rotary valve to allow port selection, and valve output port configured to interface with the standard Bridge Analyzer probe.  (Valve output port fittings may be easily removed to allow standard 1/8 NPT fittings to be used for non-Bridge gas analyzers.)

Dyno Gas Cooling Extension - P/N 000889

These Stainless Steel extensions go between the high temperature flexible line and the port adapter – and provide 7.5 inches of cooling before the exhaust gas reaches the flexible line.  They're intended to be used in a system which operates the engine under load – where exhaust gas temperatures may exceed the 500 Degree F limit of the flexible lines.  Those who consistently tune their engines at high temperature under load (on a dyno) should consider this accessory.
