Bridge Analyzers has all your replacement parts and accessories to keep your MAP Industrial analyzer running at maximum performance.

O2 Sensors – 001140 & 001057

The Bridge Oxygen sensors are field replaceable and thread into the O2 manifold located on either side of the analyzer handle. You do not need to return the analyzer to Bridge for sensor replacement.

The O2 Chemical sensors gradually lose sensitivity over time and expire in 18 to 24 months.

The O2 sensor is tested each time the analyzer is Zero Calibrated by the user, and if it should be replaced, a “Lo” indication will flash on the O2 display after the Zero process is complete. This prompt may be cleared by the user by pressing any front panel button.

The customer should order a new sensor from Bridge Analyzers and replace it in the field. When it is auto-calibrated during the next Zero cycle the “Lo” indication will self-clear.

Nitrogen-Flush/Hi-Ox (p/n 001140G) and CO2 Resistant/Lo-Ox (p/n 001057) Oxygen Sensors

Bridge Analyzers offers two oxygen sensors for MAP Analyzer applications. The sensors are field changeable, mechanically and electrically interchangeable, and self-calibrating; aiding field configuration of any Bridge MAP Analyzer to any application.

The p/n 001140 (Green) sensor is used to measure either residual oxygen or high oxygen (Hi-Ox) in gas mixes containing less than 20% CO2. It is identified with a Green stripe.

The p/n 001057 (Blue) sensor is used where there is above 20% CO2 in the package headspace, and for any oxygen level– usually residual Oxygen in high CO2 headspace gases (Lo-Ox).

See the table below for a comparison of the sensors:

Specification 001140G (Green) 001057 (Blue)
