The Oxygen sensor is field replaceable and threads into the O2 manifold located on either side of the analyzer handle. You do not need to return the analyzer to Bridge for sensor replacement.

Chemical sensors gradually lose sensitivity over time and expire in 12 to 18 months.

The O2 sensor is tested each time the analyzer is Zero Calibrated by the user, and if it should be replaced, a “Lo” indication will flash on the O2 display after the Zero process is complete. This prompt may be cleared by the user by pressing any front panel button.

The customer should order a new sensor from Bridge Analyzers and replace it in the field. When it is auto-calibrated during the next Zero cycle the “Lo” indication will self-clear.
