Shipping policy

All orders received within the time period of 7:00 am - 3:00 pm (Eastern) Monday thru Friday, will be processed the day it is received. Providing the product is in stock. Any orders received between 3:00 pm and 4:00 pm may be processed the day it is received or the day after. Providing the product is in stock. We do not charge Tax on any orders outside the state of Ohio.

The carrier of choice is UPS. We will ship UPS Ground unless specified otherwise. We will ship UPS Standard to Canada unless specified otherwise. Normal shipping procedures are to add shipping charges to the existing order. We can use a customer's UPS shipping number if it is supplied.
