Cold Environment CO2 and Oxygen MAP Headspace Analyzer, USA Manufacturer and Service, NIST Calibration

The Bridge 2-Gas Cold Environment Gas Analyzer is customized to install the O2 Sensor internally within the Analyzer. 

For applications where a gas purge or air replacement process has been completed, a Bridge headspace gas tester will confirm the residual Oxygen and CO2 level in the final package. Coupled to a gas sample line, a sample needle is used to penetrate the package exterior. While extracting a sample of the modified atmosphere, the analyzer will display the Oxygen and CO2 reading. After the test, the analyzer will maintain the display with the final reading. Subsequent tests are performed in a similar manner.

The MAP 2 gas analyzer will test oxygen and CO2 levels from above 0% to below 100%.  The included Oxygen sensor is resistant to higher levels of CO2 than standard oxygen sensors used in applications with CO2 less than 20%.

Applications include fresh cut produce, cosmetics, trail mix, snack packs and coffee packaging.

Down to 0.001% for Residual O2. Up to 100% for Enhanced Oxygen.
